It’s happened before, Easter falling on April 1st (aka April Fools Day) and it last occurred back in 1956. The holiday is supposed to coincide with the Spring Equinox, aka the first day of Spring. Since the Equinox and Easter are based on the solar/lunar cycle, that’s the reason why Easter falls between March 22nd and April 25th each year. With the way that the lunar cycle lines up over the years, this explains how we’re having two holidays in one day.
We don’t condone pranking, however, if one must, make it count!
